CAAM seeks cleaning services in Kuala Terengganu
The Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia (CAAM) has invited qualified suppliers registered with the Ministry of Finance Malaysia to submit quotations for building and area cleaning services.
The service location covers the CAAM Kuala Terengganu office complex and quarters in Terengganu.
Quotation CAAM/Q 020/2026 specifies two MOF field codes
The procurement is identified as Quotation No. CAAM/Q 020/2026 and specifies Ministry of Finance field codes 221001 and 221002.
The notice states that the quotation is open to registered suppliers with addresses in Kelantan, Terengganu or Pahang.
Briefing to be held at Sultan Mahmud International Airport
CAAM scheduled the quotation briefing for 2 April 2026 at 2:30 pm in the CAAM Kuala Terengganu meeting room at Sultan Mahmud International Airport.
Only the owner or nominee registered with the Ministry of Finance may attend, subject to identity card and MOF certificate verification.
Submissions close on 13 April with RM476,000 indicative value
Online submissions through the SPEED system must be completed before 12:00 noon on 13 April 2026.
CAAM lists an estimated or indicative departmental value of RM476,000 excluding tax. The notice states that the estimate is not binding and does not guarantee supplier selection.
