CAAM quotation covers tablet rental services
The Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia (CAAM) has issued a quotation notice for tablet rental services for CAAM use.
The notice invites qualified suppliers registered with the Ministry of Finance Malaysia to participate in the quotation exercise.
Quotation reference and field codes
The quotation reference stated in the notice is CAAM/Q 016/2026.
The listed field codes are 210101, 210103 and 210109. The notice states that there is no document sale date and no quotation briefing date.
Submission closes on 3 April 2026
The closing date for the quotation is 3 April 2026, before 12:00 noon.
CAAM states that suppliers are required to submit their offers online through the SPEED system before or by the stated closing date and time.
Participation through the SPEED system
The notice states that suppliers must register through the SPEED system before participating in the quotation.
Suppliers are also required to complete the relevant online form to access the SPEED system for preparing their quotation proposals.
CAAM states that all costs for participating in and preparing quotation documents are to be borne by the suppliers.
