The Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia (CAAM) has issued a quotation notice for the renewal of Kaspersky software subscription for its internal operational use.

The invitation is open to qualified suppliers registered with the Ministry of Finance Malaysia (MOF) under the relevant field codes 210103 and 210107.

Closing Date: 27 February 2026 (before 12:00 PM)
Briefing / Site Visit: Not required

Suppliers are advised that all participation costs and preparation of tender documents are to be borne entirely by the participating supplier.

Participation Requirements

Interested suppliers must:

  • Be registered with MOF under the specified codes;
  • Complete supplier registration via the SPEED system at https://speed2u.my;
  • Submit the required access form at https://forms.gle/2wBvwTVw5JJytxmb9;
  • Submit quotation proposals online through the SPEED system before the stipulated closing date and time.

Service fees applicable under the SPEED system include:

  • 0.4% for contracts involving multiple payments (capped at RM4,800 per invoice for invoices valued at RM1.2 million or above); or
  • 0.8% for one-time payment procurements (capped at RM9,600 for invoices valued at RM1.2 million or above).
