CAAM Sarawak cleaning quotation for Zone 3
The Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia (CAAM) has invited qualified suppliers registered with the Ministry of Finance Malaysia to quote for office cleaning, grass cutting and landscape maintenance services at its branches in Miri, Marudi, Mulu, Limbang and Lawas under Zone 3 in Sarawak.
The quotation is listed as CAAM/Q 046/2026 under field codes 221001 and 221002.
Compulsory briefing and submission deadline
CAAM will hold the compulsory quotation briefing at 9:00 am on 4 September 2026 in the meeting room at its Miri branch, Jalan Lapangan Terbang, 98000 Miri.
Only the owner or nominee registered with the Ministry of Finance may attend with identification and the MOF certificate for verification; company representatives are not permitted. The quotation closes on 11 September 2026 before 12:00 noon.
Online quotation submission through SPEED
The notice lists no document sale date and states a document price of RM0.00. Suppliers must register through the SPEED platform, complete the form linked in the official notice to obtain access and submit their offers online before the closing deadline.
