CAAM online service interruption announced

The Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia (CAAM) announced a planned interruption to selected online services for annual system maintenance at its Putrajaya headquarters.

Advisory Information 11/2026 scheduled the maintenance from 12:00 a.m. Malaysia time on 8 August 2026 until 6:00 p.m. on 9 August 2026.

Four CAAM online services were affected

The affected services were the CAAM Portal, RANS Portal, MAvA Portal and Safety Reporting System. Other applications dependent on the same infrastructure could also experience disruption.

CAAM advised users to complete urgent submissions and transactions before the maintenance window and to avoid initiating new online transactions while the work was under way.

Service restoration followed scheduled maintenance

CAAM expected normal service to resume after the maintenance activities and said schedule changes would be communicated through its official channels.

Questions about the affected online services could be directed to helpdesk.ict@caam.gov.my. Aviation Malaysia records this official CAAM service advisory for aviation stakeholders.
