CAAM online services restored after maintenance

The Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia (CAAM) has confirmed that scheduled system maintenance involving selected online services was successfully completed.

Advisory Information 12/2026 states that the maintenance took place from 8 to 9 August 2026 and the affected services are available again.

Four CAAM systems return to normal use

The restored services are the CAAM Portal, RANS Portal, MAvA Portal and Safety Reporting System.

Users may resume normal access and proceed with their submissions, applications and transactions through the respective systems.

CAAM provides helpdesk contact

Users who require further information or assistance may contact CAAM at helpdesk.ict@caam.gov.my.
